Smart rendition Shiv. Since you changed the strumming and the tempo, its a lot easier to catch your breath (which is the most difficult part of this song), be expressive and get the timing right. You’ve sung this very well. I like the subtle falsettos. I thought one or two chords were iffy (not sure if its that or guitar tuning). You fumbled the lyrics at one point, but recovered well. You could correct that. Overall a very nice job. You’ve played to your stengths.

thanks George…. yeah, its a tough song to sing …. my problem was solved somewhat because with my warped guitar keeping the original tempo would’ve meant cutting my fingers …… the strings are really tight and fast chord changes are literally painful :)
i did mess up the words …. it was my second attempt at recording, and when i got to the bridge, i realized that i’d never seen the words before :)
thanks for being encouraging as usual …. btw, you should cover “human” by The Killers …. great song.
