This is one of the loveliest songs sung by the silken singer Talat Mehmood. The melody and the mood of this is such that one can hear this any number of times without getting tired of it.

This song is from the film “Madhosh” (1951) starring Dilip Kumar and Meena Kumari.Music was by Madan Mohan.Raja Mehndi Ali Khan wrote the lyrics.
