a beautiful attempt at a difficult song. a little more clarity in the sangathis would take this to the next level. nevertheless a lovely, brave attempt.

Vishnu…what a song pick by Raveendran mashe. Normally I dont like remixes, but this track was good ….felt like a fresh arrangement. Lovely singing and very nice feel….of this master piece. Loved the harkats e.g 2.11 – 2.12 and 2.21….awesome ….goes to my favs….u r a great singer !!!! Songs like this can never be perfectly rendered….but if someone can even do 80% justice to it….its an achievement….so loved it.

First of all , Good song selection…….What a great composition by Raveendran Mash….A song that is made in “Jog”……The favourite raaga of mash…………I love this song great……As I have got enough & enough freedom with my own Vishnu & i expect the best from the super star of Muziboo always , i would like to come with more details on this…….he he he……Pls take it the right sense……

As i love this song the best , have heard lot of covers / ganamela attempts / reality show attempts , i have felt something lacking in this Vishnu….I am so sorry to tell you that coz it’s my favourite one yaar……I was not very happy with the alaap as you have pronouced it “raaa raaa” at all the points instead of "ri ri "….When you come with “raa raa” , you may find it difficult to close those areas with confidence….But of course , “ri ri” will help you to lift the feel of it & give apt “bhaavam” there (I am not comparing it with KJY sir)………Your voice clarity is brilliant….No answer for that….But along with voice clarity , this particular song needs another kind of treatment where base level is more important………Your rendition is cute but straight lined one !!! In your rendition the notes of Jog was there in it’s traditional way….But this particular song is made with a shade of Jog only , the rest is by the extreme effort of Raveendran mash by going through the non-conventional way of treating a raaga………Hope you will never take it in wrong sense…….But i loved your rendition as a whole……Charanams were really good…….

Also i agree with all others , you should have come with the original one rather than this re-mix……Then , the effect would have so many times better than this…….

Adipoli selection da! One of my all time favs in Malayalam cinema and also from my fav music director! A gem indeed!

Nobody can sing this song with perfection… Such a difficult composition… You have done a good job bro! Nalla soft BGM… Ishtapettu… Only thing I felt was it would have been really good had a soft flute piece been included in the BGM too… Would have sounded simply rocking then! Nevertheless a good effort bro!

Was very refreshing to hear this evergreen number in a new arrangement. Liked the arrangement provided some more melody lines could have been added in the BGM’s… Barring some sangathis which were a little unclear, enjoyed this one! A good attempt on a toughie….
