Sangathis ellaam romba nallaa irundudu….very nice expressions too! Why didn’t you do the chorus part too? Arumayaa irundirukkum. The sangathi in “mattuviyaa” in the end was very enjoyable!

A Song which I used to listen in repeated mode of play because of its harmonies and the magical voices of Hariharan and Mahalakshmi Iyer in my school days. A heart-throbbing melody which was known for its picturisation.

Vichchu! Overall a nice cover as your unique style of singing is clearly felt through-out. And few off-notes are evident. Diction has to be improved and its high-time to concentrate on diction.

Roshine! A real class of rendering maintained through-out. Sangathis could have been crisper. Your voice seems to be refreshing and soft in this cover. Keep up the good work.

A favourite song of mine and two promising voices covering this. Good. Collaborate and bring more duets.

First of all thanks a lot Rosh for giving me this link in my scribble and deleting immediately- I had to work hard to search for this rendition…Lol…. ARR’s score can never go mishandled at any juncture. First time i heard ur song, i felt it was clean but I had to listen again n again to gauge performance.
Vishnu it was sung as ‘Manjal thechi’ instead of ‘Manja thechi’. Though both are correct, singers stick to ‘manja’ as it carries
a good feel to denote slangism.
‘enna konjam maaaaaati thaayen’ was exceptional.

nee theendum idam thithikkumey -‘thithiiikumey’ sounded very different but I liked it.
Ya Vishnu its true tat diction need to be improved but only very few people can still keep up the gud feel and I opine you are one among the
few. However its not an excuse for a person like you with graceful voice. Vishnu maapla, I really admired you while experimenting on few notes.
Your humming was Gr8 towards the end…

I observed tat Roshine has got exceptional talent in landing notes. And Rosh I see you like a small baby especially wen you try to get rid of words like ‘la’ and ‘zha’ lol….
‘uruthuriye’ high pitch was gr8
‘sila murai irakkavum…… aa-aa-aa-nathey’ – My favorite note from ur singing and it was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
‘koluthiya veppam innum po-oh oh oh-gala’- expansion was very nice da.

‘kolla vantha maranam’- kolratha kooda thookkala solra

Roshine I feel u’ve indulged in subtle modulation while singing but very peculiarly sung by you.

Mixing during the start of second stanza sounded deviating, please check vishnu…. Vishnu it was refreshing to hear this song in ur voice… U are on the track except for minor practice u might need in diction.
Vishnu n Rosh, thanks a lot for rendering me an experience of taking a shower in Kutraalam….
And what else do I need to mark this as my favorite with 5/5.

Hmm yeah its my mistake that I should have told vichchu about his diction its not his fault.
Was so excited and missed noticing his part for the diction problems I Guess. And I am not perfect in diction myself yet to correct him well….hehehe. And yeah that’s true that I am a bit struggling in the “zha” and la’s Will improve little by little too.

Vishnu, you have covered this quite well.One or two portions could have done better: ’Paesariye’in the charanam sounded tentative, subdued. Same portion in other charanam also. Open out here. Also, the end portions of pallavi and both charanams-the subtle sangathis to have more grip and clarity. But besides this, I should say you were excellent in the rest of the song.
Roshine: You have come a long way in your singing. That was a brilliant performance. Liked your minor improvisations. But clarity of sangathis were a bit wanting in your portions too.
