Vishnu:- Superbbbbbbbbbbb….This is what i always expect from the superstar of Muziboo……….I loved it the best Vishnu…….The best……Cute approach…………“swaram” portions were brilliantly done………Everything was perfect & equal to the effort of Sreeniyettan (was the neighbour of myself & Adhithi akka….he he he…)….Just i felt lack of energy in the last charanam (especially “Vaanvizhiyaal” portion)….But it is negligable…………Sabaashhhhhhhh……But it is not fair to upload the original track just by cutting Sreeniyettan’s portion for u to sing !!! Coz , Akka’s voice modulation to match with Nithyasree is the best that i have seen ever in this segment……………

Akka:- Yes…Akka….This is the best of all voice modulations that i have ever seen……….Just perfect…….Nothing can be differentiated if i compare this one with the original……Whatever other may tell , in this cover , i can say “Nithya sree = Adhithi Akka”……….“Oru Aanukku ezhuthiya ilakkanam unnidathil kandean………”………ENNA SOLVATHARKKU AKKA……THALAI VANAGUKIREN……PAADHANGALIL VIZHUNTHU KUMBIDUREN…….Great one….

Vishnu: Nice track and nice singing. Ini nee naan endra potti… was done well. tough one.
Adithi: Singing was excellent. Naan unda micha… – part – felt there was a slight tempo issue – mixing related? Was looking forward to the ending part and beautifully done. I can’t imagine even attempting it :)

Thanks a ton folks! Must thank Vishnu for asking me to do this with him :) To be honest, I wasn’t very happy with some of my aalaaps in this song but didn’t want to hold this up from a timely release. Also it is an impossible task to match Nithyashree’s singing- such a sweet devil she is! :)

Vishnu, very apt choice for your voice, a bit more grip needed on the nuances felt, just elaborate those portions and you must do with more caution over there. Enna avasaram…Rajini bday annike paadidanuma ??

Adhithi, sounds sweet and as you mentioned, you can do much better with the aalap portion with your potential. Enjoyed it much !

Adithi: I am not a fan of Nithyashree in general, but love the song and I liked your rendition since it was more soulful and less nithyashree-ish. So great job there for bringing in ur own stamp…. Felt the avesham in ur voice at times :) Some rhythm issues from 2.57-3.05 or so… definitely goes to my favs for your brilliant attempt….

Vishnu:suits the song, very melodious. Some ending note sustains can be better I thought! Overall-nice one there…

Vishnu : The lines “va…enral naan varuvathillai” and “po enral naan maraivathillai” …should be sung by breaking each words… Everything else perfect yaar…

Aditi : very close to Nithyashree’s voice…chance’e illa. “Ah….” gliding innum konjam smooth irunthikkalaam…solrathu easy….paadithaan paaren’nu solreengala…Ungalal nichayam mudiyum. Athanaal thaan solgiren.

Vishnu – very soothing voice like original. vaa yendral, po endral sangathi was damn good. Diction was the spoil sport I thought like ‘vaaraai or kelaai’ was pronounced ‘vaara’, ‘kelaa’… also the last line could have been sung w some style, because of the meaning it carries and the fact that Thalaivar is singing it :) (sudi kolla aangal yaarum pookal alla)

Thanks a million for all your responses dear friends. Thanks for all the pointers too- will certainly bear them all in mind as I know I could do much better if I tried. It is not an easy song and so needs focus to fine tune it. Vishnu is a fabulous singer and a very fast learner too. He is certainly going to improve his diction and master it one day :)

Adithi – Pinni pedal edukkaradhunnaa ennannu idhai kEttaa pOdhum. You have lived upto your standards like never before. Total bliss. With a voice like yours, composers like me can really test the composing limits.

Vishnu : The only thing you need to work in your delivery is your very minor and intricate sangathis. Occasional gliding in the minute sangathis which if corrected you will sound even better. But this is only a nitpick . you have done a great job.

Is sreeram singing the jatis ? Nice work team.
