In my opinion, this is not an easy song to sing perfectly. Even Unni Menon has struggled a bit in the original to keep perfect pitch I think. Bombay Jayashree of course is in a different league with her awesome classical background so she carries the song with total ease and perfection. Just my general observations about this song.

Srividya – did well with your good voice. Diction was a bit lazy in quite a few places I thought. Slight pitch issues here and there but this is a difficult song so understandable. Expression in the original is a bit different and I think this ties in with diction where there is room for improvement. Good job overall.

TGK – Not a bad job, but your voice did not sound fresh… wonder if it was tired when you recorded it. You had a better hold on the song but your voice let you down a bit here and there I felt. In a couple of places it went off key like in 2:31 (Niraivettra…). I think your voice really held you back a bit … could have been a smoother rendition. You have a nice bass though!. Best of luck.
