Posting my 2nd original work with Kitcha Swamy after Swarnima.

This is a soft dreamy composition and is a song about the hopeful wait of a girl in anticipation of her love.
Song starts on a slow soft tone, and moves to moments of eagerness and excitement and as the hope and wait builds up, does the wait end positively?
Please spare some time to listen to my take on a modern composition by Kitcha based on Raag Bhoopali/Mohanam.

Thank you Kitcha for an opportunity to work on a slightly different genre. Every work of yours is a leap ahead, and this composition was special coz I fell in love with your instrumental piece you uploaded first. Kudos on the manual programming of all the beat patterns (i.e you did not use loops as such) and also for tailoring the arrangement to my singing. I really enjoyed working on this song as I was challenged not only with vocals but also in writing lyrics (both being my areas for improvement) You may have already heard alternate posts of this song in his original instrumental version, and also the Tamil vocals version.

I also would like to extend my sincerest Thanks to Swati Prasad for her early reviews on my lyrics, and a Huge Thank you to Adwait Ranade for his insights on my lyrics and a lot of help on changes as well.

This is your forte… So every note conforms to your orders… :) Overwhelming work altogether… I was wondering if Kitcha would bring this out as a song… Glad that he did… I reckon this as his best, to date… Nightingale’s another facet has been witnessed… :) If I may nitpick, the ornament in saja jaare at 1:30 could have been left sans that embellishment… I feel, some places would sound blissful when they are left flat in a song intended to evoke emotions as this… Now do write poems/lyrics in english and give me… I will translate them in tamil and proclaim myself as a lyricist… :P One of your finest performances… Preserve this as your demo and start pitching for chances… Good Luck!!! :)

Kittu!!! Should say that the prelude music reminded me of a song from a recent flick… But the vocals later progressed in a different style and plane… One of my buddies from muziboo refers to you as ’Muziboo’s HJ’ since you the usage of instruments is very minimal in all your compositions… This composition will surely strike a chord in any music lover as it did in my case… With this, I request you to come up with a wellpacked song of full house orchestral arrangements… You have successfully learnt the knack of assuaging one’s mood… Now its time to take us all on a rollercoster… Ticket vaangittu wait paNroam… Seekkiram keLambattum vaNdi… :) All the best!!!

Adwait ji!!! Though ppl say music has not language barriers when a voice incarnates the lyrics, its quite inevitable for one to understand the gist… I beg your pardon for not marking my presence in your pages due to my monolingual limitations… Will surely get drenched in your songs in another couple of months as I am learning hindi… :) With the help of the translation, I could see the lyricist in you… Kudos for donning that role in an elegant way… Keep singing and writing… Best wishes!!!

The story behind making this song was simple. I was listening to the song Naina, in the movie Water, composed by AR. I got immediately glued to the word Naina. I was initially planning to make a song in Mohanam Raga, so tried to start a tune that will fit the word Naina & the rest of the tune followed :-)

Lovely presentation Sudha and Kitcha. It appears like a new Bollywood song to me. Very nice lyrics and melody. This sure is an outcome of lots of thoughts and hours but I still believe this is not your final version. The song is half very soothing but the other half when you go high gets a little too loud and concentrated. If you could maintain the highs with the same softness some one from Bollywood would come running after you….Lol….no kidding….this is some serious good stuff.
