I’d like to call this post ‘my experiments with voice modulation’:) There are two female versions of this song and i personally prefer Bombay Jayashree’s version, no offense to the high pitch rendition by Madhushree.

Hi Rosh, very beautiful rendition. I just felt that the volume for K-track could be increased a bit more. A small suggestion – certain words may be beautified by some added modulations. For example, “ullatthai naan sollava”—→“naan” .
But your low pitched version was very soothing to hear.

Good effort Rosh. I believe the K-track was done by suppressing the original vocal frequency, correct ?. It also seem to have removed quite a bit of the bass frequency which leaves a big gap in the track and that is why the track sounds very weak. Also, IMHO the song’s dynamics are not quite there. I’m sure you would do much better with a better sounding BGM.

Rosh, I heard Madhushree’s version, never heard Jayasree’s…. you were pretty good in your voice modulations, liked the way you sang it. Keep them coming.

beautiful voice….i loved the base voice …it is not easy to sing the lower notes…the brihas of Bombay jayshree were missing….otherwise this was fantastic!keep singing!

I agree with Sudha and Panchabaanan – ease with lower notes in your strength – focus on enhancing this aspect – also work on sublte improvisations.
You sound more confident in this song!!
