I love your voice …. you have sung this as well as the original …… guitaring is good too …. I think you record using your phone …. you should try recording using a PC …. record at atleast 64 kbps, 44100 Hz …. that will give a good sound quality and keep the file size low ….
Prateek’s already talked about reducing the noise by a better recording. I think you’re playing on a major scale, which is giving it a happy outlook, whereas the lyrics and ‘feel’ of the song itself is a sad ballad.
You’re better of playing this on C#m – B – A – B, or if your vocals can’t match up to that scale, go for Dm – C – Bb – C instead.
