It has been quite some time since I wanted to present a Devotional song for MUZIBOO. “Sabarimala Makara Vilakku” is fast approaching
whereby Swami Ayyappan had really made it possible for my humble self to do this rendition that had been originally sung by Yesudasji under the music direction of Gangai Amaranji who is the younger brother of Ilayarajaji and who himself is a good lyricist and composer.
Well, I humbly present this with prayers to Swami Ayyappan for blessing “MUZIBOO” and all those therein !

Nice choice, nicely sung and aptly timed too, TGKC. At places i thought the scale was a little too low or maybe the vocal volume could be brought up a bit more. The feel , which is key for devotional songs espec, has come out very well.

This album is my all time favorite among all the Ayyappa Devotionals sung by Dr. KJY! It was released in the year I was born! So I have grown up listening to these songs!
Simply divine! I cannot describe it better than this… Very well sung… Just felt the lower notes were straining your voice a little… Otherwise simply divine singing! Big thumbs up for such a divine choice!

Sorry, I could not be active in Muziboo due to my busy official & personal work.
I was fortunate to attend your live show “Shankar Jaikishan Nite” at Trivandrum during the last week of December 2009.Yours was a super performance and all the songs sung by you (Mohd.Rafi,Mukesh,Kishore) were excellent. The entire audience was truly mesmerized and could experience nostalgic memories hearing you sing those songs of Shankar Jaikishan.The orchestra was big and suited for SJ songs.Congratulations for doing such a rare and outstanding programme.
This devotional song sung by you sounded just like the original and brought tears of “Bhakthi” in my eyes.
