I bought my very first Roland Fantom X workstation in 2006. I was going through manuals and testing it for a while. Finally after a month or so I decided to bite the bullet and compose something. That’s when I came up with this track Dreams.

Lovely Ganesh! I think the muziboo 64k encoding ruined the beauty a little bit. But I loved the progression and your choice of instruments…The underlying melody was really nice. Regarding the flute, I wonder how it would sound if you used a windier version… Great work! Goes to my favs… Hope others notice as well.

It’s interesting your mentioned about flute, while its actually a synth lead. I was tweaking with the patch, perhaps a little more than I needed. :0
I am still debating about upgrading to pro. I hope that will solve the encoding issues.

tastefully done Ganesh……liked it…just the synth sounding slap bass from :30 ~45 some what reduced the beauty of this,Just my view……or may be if you tweak the levels/timbre of that instrument may sound better….just my 2 cents :)

Initial version was little dirty in terms of attack and decay. I cleaned it a lot. I will look into suggestion you just made.

that 7th chord at 1:15 is nice , that guitar tone could have been softened a bit by decreasing the velocity ,attack….and a master compressor would have give an binding factor for all the tracks….hope ths comments gives you some clue in sweetening too.nice work….melody will improove better when your concentration on the keyboard is less and when you get used to your work flow.

The electric guitar piece which was introduced in the anthra ….not sure if that was it …was well done ….but not sure if it really went with the overall ambience…just my 2 cents worth.

Loved it absolutely… I am not sure abt playg the keybd, but just one thing I felt was the use of the pitch bender (correct me if i a wrong please)… Just felt as though it just slipped off your finger… Please correct me if I am wrong… :)

Thanks Sushanth for the feedback. And good observation actually it was not issue of pitch bender but i was tweaking and playing around with synth parameter (modulation,attack,delay etc)
