Vaan Megham
Vaan Megham Lyrics & Chords
This is a rough cover of an Ilayaraja classic Vaan Megham….love this song….I have had some queries on the guitar tone used for this song….it is quite simple… Basic distortion with light wah effects (foot control) should do the trick…
Here is a video cover of the same song

If possible I would like to request to prepare just guitar track for the song “What a waiting” from Ninaithale Inikkum (1979). I am longing to sing along.

Anup,
very impressive! the guitar sounded like a voice!
Only thing – you shd have maybe filled in the intermediate chords – the guitar pieces in between. 5/5 from me!

I like your note precision in this. And as others have pointed out, it really reflects the words. But again, couldn’t help getting the rock-ish feel :) May be its just me. Nevertheless, really enjoyed it.

Awesome, just awesome! What feel!!!
Love the harmonics that you have hit in all the right places. My humble opinion – try this one again without the wah wah pedal, with just an overdrive patch and a wee bit of chorus.
Also please try ‘Megham Kottattum’ from ‘Enakkul Oruvan’.
You are just a lovely player. I am feeling rather jealous! ;-)

Nice job man. Liked the tone a lot. There was something weird about the track, the panning in particular… Was a lil too sharp in the left ear.

Very very very nicely done. At the risk of sounding repetitive— you are one of the most insanely gifted guitarists I have come across :)
