This is my first attempt to sing a tamil song. I dont understand tamil, I am not familiar with tamil. But the melody of this song attracted me and made me to sing it. Please forgive for my mistakes while singing. It took my 5 day to be able to utter its words. I sang this song by continuously reading the printout of this song as i used to forget its words. I took help of translation books to translate its lines for the hindi speaking person listening this song. Please do comment on my attempt.

Your efforts was amazing the language slang was perfect no issue at all, and the with a unique natural voice culture which was xlent with both high notes and low notes, But this presentation you have uploaded has a small issue that voice was little high hence it generated distortion the karoke is xlent, OR, you could have hold the mic very close as u sang, Your have performed so well. let me listen to more of your songs. (Your are xlent at signing when you try to reach high scales the voice clarity is little off but with limited resources your out put of the song was good)

thanx for appreciating my efforts. i will take care of the pointe you mentioned. one thing i want to tell my mic is inbuilt in my laptop, so i cant hold it cose of far i can sit near or far of it. i use audacity for mixing. i have only these two things for recording. i kow these are limited resources. i will increase my resourses soon. till then i will try to sing andmix as better as i can.

i use only voice recorder of the micrososft windows vista operating system for recording and audacity for mixing. i have very limited resourses for recording. i use the mirphone inbuilt in my laptop for recording. i will increase my resourses soon when i will be well employed.

Swati ….I am a little familiar with this tamil song …after listening to some cover versions:-) I dont know tamil either ….but I thought this was a very bold attempt. One thing I want to tell you is that your voice is muffled in this song, you are keeping the mic very close …or its a mixing issue …but overall very good.

Gr8 effort. I can understand the language Tamil and having said that, I admit that I could feel my goose pimples after knowing the efforts you took by understanding the meaning of the lyrics -Hats off to u my dear friend. Dont ever think tat u r singing a song of different language – just think of SPB, Jesudas, Janaki, Chithra who have excelled in singing songs from a language other than their mother tongue. Even Sadhana Sargam and Shreya Goshal have crossed boundaries with their sweet singing irrespective of the language. I admire your efforts and liked your voice and singing very much. Try more songs in future….
