Hi Friends!
This Is one of my all time personal favorites, amongst devotional songs sung by the great Dr. KJY. It has been a long lasting wish to cover this song, but karaoke was always a problem…
I owe a lot to our lil bro Vishnu for helping me with this vocal cut track… He has done his very best to reduce the vocals on the original track… Thank you so so so much da!!
Now coming to the recording of this song… Once again, I am really thankful to Unnikrishnan KB for his support with getting this song done… But a small change this time… I recorded this and mixed it myself at home! This is using a spare mic Unni had with him… I am really thankful to him for lending me the mic until I got my new one… It is great help bro! I am sure I have been able to do at least a slightly better job when compared to my previous recordings (done at home using my old basic mic)… Unni was also very helpful and patient in giving me tips on recording and mixing over the phone… For any mixing issues please blame me, as Unni has no share in any blunders I may have committed! LOL!!
This is a beautiful devotional song sung by Dr. KJY for the album “Murali Gaanam”… My sincere apologies, as I do not know further info abt the music director of this album… This song was introduced to me by one of my very good friends… I just fell in love with it as soon as I heard it… It was based on her constant request that I have covered this song now…
I have recorded this song at a stretch without multiple takes due to time and voice constraints… Hence, please pardon issues with the singing… However, please feel free to let me know you thoughts and suggestions…

Beautiful rendition, Sushanth! You are slowly beginning to bring in that boldness in your renditions which was missing in your earlier songs. Ending of charanams could be better. “Veru enna vaendum” line was very nicely done as also the concluding higher sthaayi lines :)

A superb overlay of feel required for this song… Thanks to Vichchu for helping u with the track… After having listened to this for couple of times, I could understand that this is not an easy song to reproduce… You pulled this off very well… But felt that u fumbled a bit to cope up with the flow at few places… However that was marginal and could be forgone… Having known about ur health for the past couple of months, I feel this is a monstrous effort delivered with confidence… Of course to my favs…
