This is a song which is a favorite of my mother… She has been asking me to sing this song from long… A beautiful composition indeed by one of my favorite composers in malayalam cinema currently, Shri M. Jayachandran…
Though this sounds very simple to sing, trust me friends it is really difficult to maintain the feel and sing it at one stretch… I was unable to sing the complete song at one stretch… I recorded the last part of the song in 2 takes, as I was unable to manage the breathe to do this portion at one stretch… :)
Please do listen to the complete song, as the the ending of the song is very nice and hope I have been able to do atleast some justice to this… :)
This goes as a Birthday Gift to my mother… :)

One of the season hits.Excellent composition by MJ Sir and the life by KJY Sir.Even in my list.
It was a very nice attempt man.Loved ur coice and overall the song sounded realy good, even though there were some slight issues.As said above swaram portions cud have been improved.

I generally do not like to sing songs in bits and pieces… Do tend to record them at one stretch… So did this as a best effort in one stretch… The swaram portions were the only ones I did in 2 takes due to breathe control issues… Will work on getting them more perfectly… :) Thank you so much for listening and commenting…

Very nice song. I liked the mood you gave to the song. Sushanth, being your friend, I would push you more to get the clarity. In lower notes the voice could have been more crispy . Please practice the vowels. :) Expectation is little high from you da. Some places you have done great. :) Overall its good. But not your best. Remember katre en vasal.

sushanth ……beautiful rendition ….some of the lower notes needs more clarity ….come closer to the mic when you sing lower notes….everything will fall into place. Beautiful voice you have, hats off for describing the recording……honesty and humbleness are great traits for a musician….the last swaras were just awesome….goes to my favs.

Haven’t heard the original but your rendition was awesome, Sushanth! Chords progression seems very tricky at the end of charanams- you managed it very well. Swarams could have been better- a little more practice will set that right. :)
