there are plenty of surprises!! :)
i’ve been working on this track since last 6 days ( and nights !).
Andromeda Part 1 and Part 2 is an instrumental piece …a soundtrack to your search for answers….
Fellow Muzibooans , this is a very special gift from me very close to my heart.Wishing all of you a very Merry Xmas and a Happy new Year.
I used my keyboards for the drum and symphony orchestration
Guitars for Rythm and Solos
and a Fender bass for the bass parts
I tried to introduce vocals in the earlier versions…this final version is version 6…which means that i have another 20 odd uncut versions until i finalized on this one. Its just another instrumental piece where there is just no room for vocals.
I hope you enjoy this instrumental piece.I am glad that i am getting this piece out of the door before the end of this year…beat that deadline by 5 days !!

@Prem…i played everything live on my yamaha keyboards .no loops.and added some special effects to tones using my little audacity software playing with the pan values a bit and Prem the ending is my favorite part as well…really glad u liked it :)

excellent stuff sudeip , this lifts up your pain and drugs you to extacy…. did you construct the sequential pad on the synth ? or its a preset ? the sequential pad is influential and there is no escape from the cosmos feeling to write. Guitar playing is nice to .I have a small problem in the mix the kick drum and the bass have a slight blend issue…and not talking in the mix probably because you have chopped the tails of the kick to get a tight punch…… I think the whole mix slightly got distorted ( may be clipped )at the end.

This is what I will call as an innovation. Real, ambient and fresh. The sound selection is perfect. Not only the playing, but even your guitars sounds good at the same time. Which pedal\Amp u used? For distortion, u should try out Guitar Rig 3.
The composition, the arrangement is all perfect.
U r ripping bro. Nice. Those chops are damn good. If u could have decreased the reverb\chorus on the distortion guitar, the notes of the “RIPPING” part would have been more clear. But, overall your imagination, is what is important. This is a really impressive piece of music man. Damn good. God bless you. Very happy to listen to something unique than cover versions :)

Excellent work Ghosh! My favorite original work by you. Perfect soundtrack for a movie like K-PAX :-) Reminded me of dream theater a lot actually…their usual gradual buildup and the guitar work. Just awesome! Goes to my favs man !!

ah… what do i say, man? such works of art have to be enjoyed… not commented on.
since i m here, i would have liked to make the first part of the song a little more angular, edgy and psychedelic. yet keep it soft and subtle, like it already is. it does start off sounding very “digital and proper”, which was a slight turnoff.
the last part is a little too fuzzy for a recording.
