This recording is 2 years old when I absoluetly had no idea about karaoke singing/recording techniques. Not that I am too good now, but I used to do single take recordings then. One of those stone age recordings for your comments. Its a single take and hence there may be breathing issues. Kindly bear.
Somewhere I read about this song, "the main voice’s notes are played in the reverse order for the bass—ah! “the genius of Bach”. The beginning notes are all the same as that for Bourree but the time values are different". What a genius composition!
I always have an emotional bonding with Raja’s songs and this is one of them. As an icing on the cake is Swarnalatha’s mesmerizing voice. The mood that this song brings to the listeners is beyond words. Long live Raja. Pls check my rendition and comment.

Lovely rendition Subhashini. I wish the mixing was better, but I realize there is nothing you can do about that now. I used to post single take recordings for several months after joining muziboo too but now I am spoilt :-D.

Your write-up about this composition is appreciated… And this has got the same structure of composition as that of a bourree… IR’s baton speaks for himself… This would surely have a transient effect on the listeners… What an appetite you have developed!!!! Really glad to see these covers… In this particular cover, you have very well enunciated the nuances but could have been better if the feel aspect was looked upon with an extra care…. Sounded professional and would have been stupendous if the expressions and feel got daubed with an additional iota… And here-by I demand covers of MSV & KVM numbers…. Hope they would be sheer enjoyment to you, the singer and the listeners as well…. Best wishes for ur ensuing renditions…

Raj, its a treat to read your comments (though I need dictionary in between :)). Feel aspect, sure will look into. Idhellam romba pozhudhu pogama padinadhu, like a trial and error with recording. I love MSV and KVM compositions. Infact oru song is already on its way. Seekiram post panren.
