Yar aap tu theek thaak musician ho….kiya track se lyrics milayee hain zabardust. You changed the entire idea of an already made track into such a lovely Hindi song. This is the trick get an inspiration, work on it and finish it. Even though nothing was your’s but you gathered them all to make something of your own. Superb vocals that beautified the whole track. Felt like listening to a Shankar Ehsaan Loy composition :-). Infact I could sense Shankar Mahadevan singing to this lovely tune. Very soft adaptation Harshan. Real shows you’ve creativity in abundance :-).

Neil, perfect track for a bollywood soundtrack and it’s proven through harshan’s rendition :-).

I thoroughly loved it. Very calm and relaxing but had some sort of touchy feel twined.

Harshan, no appologies please :-). Music is truly an open platform. You never know where and how our thoughts evolve in music. Infact I too compose a few songs and suddenly will jump to some new ideas and get very involved with it. It all happens in our creative journey. So no worries. I can wait for your stuff :)

Awesome soulful singing, Harshan. Sounded very serene – liked your mukhada very much. Antara was very nice, but sounded a bit tentative at couple spots (high). ‘Chute Na kabhi saath tera’ was really nice done, really loved your landing notes. What creativity – Harshan, you just scout up some lyrics from the Net, and put it all together so beautifully!

Harshan what a beutiful experiment, and successful too! I think you pulled it off well! I am sure after all the toil it was satisfying. I liked the chorus effect, maybe you could have used it only in some places like the main line or high notes and rest could be without it. Just some non-objective observation. But I loved the overall song immensly, Great job Neil on the track!

Harshan Bhai, I had heard it earlier on FB and wanted to provide my two cents.

First of All congratulations on this beautiful composition, on the positive side it is very pleasant, soothing and very aptly rendered. The other positive point is that the tune is not monotonous. Actually it is a very challenging thing to fit a lyrics and tune especially on an already composed track. I must say you can actually succeed as a music director (I assume you understand difference between today’s music dir vs composer). You have a creative thought process to give a shape to an existing or new object. Kudos to You.

On the improvement front, Mix definitely needs attention, vocals are not fully projecting/Shining (Try Waves H-EQ LOL ), Also at some parts volume needs to be raised (Try Vocal Rider from Waves :D). Although Chorus effect sounded good. I think it was the excitement to share the song that kept these nitpicks open. I am sure your second round will be rocking.

But Really Wonderful !!

PS: Please Don’t take my waves plugin suggestion seriously, I am not sure if you have system to support that, it needs iLOK, a USB flash drive to control software authorizations.

Harshan Sir – Yet again a nice piece of work… Loved the creativity… Fitting a lyrics to an already existing tune (when the lyrics is not written to the tune) is a difficult task! I must admit tht you have done a great job here… :) However, I think detailing needs a lil more attention when doing originals… Could hear a couple of off notes right at the beginning and also towards the end… I would say, you could re-visit those spots when you are working on this again… Nevertheless a very nice piece… :)
