Only very few singers can manage that !!! Intha song naan kuzhandhaiya irukkarappo kovil a paadirken ! So kind of brought in those memories …. Great singing …. brought in a calming effect !

First of all its wonderful that u have all the details of the song….ragam, composer etc.

“chinmaya roopam” a place where u have a lot of time to bring out the beauty of the ragam.
similarly “ganavilolam” “purandara vitalam”

overall very nice. lovely to see purely classical uploads in ur space.

Serene start with that aalap; it came out well especially given that it is an unplugged version. Also given the notable fact that you do not have any support of the traditional violin and mridangam, this was a bold confident effort that shone right through. Vocal control was evident and given that you are not a full-blown kacheri giving exponent of this form of music, all the more to be appreciated in your own unique style. Commend you for bringing to muziboo your wide variety of talents, that only a few can muster.

Nitpicks:
- Tempo of delivery could have been faster for a better outcome.
- “parama pavithram” ending sounded a bit weak in the context of this rich raga, but not incorrect as such … have heard other better variations of that part which could have been adopted.
- your “roo-pam” in all cases were broken up into two parts which kind of compromised the flow; once again I think there are better ways to deliver this part without the breakup of that word, like you did with “purandala vitalam” (1st time) which was good.
- for a classical raga such as sindhu bhairavi which uses almost every note possible, one should develop a bit more variation to elaborate the beauty of the raga by repeating the lines as necessary. Your rendition did not venture into this area.

Voice quality was good and enjoyed it all the way. A bold showing of wide talent.

Pleasant! Sindhu Bhairavi is such a versatile Raagam. You have a good voice and pleasant Bhavam as others have noted …. May be you can redo this with more elaboration in alapana and niravals (and little open throated singing) and it would be grand!
