Nice song pick. Very well sung by both of you. One of my Fav. songs of IR. RV Udhayakumar, the director of this movie, once said in a TV programme that IR has composed this song in less than 1/2 hour. What a composition. Hats off to IR.

Timing delay in not because of timing problem in singing but its a discrepancy which has come about on account of my recording my part on a basic PC recorder while listening to the karaoke on media player. Then I just sent the my voice file and karaoke file separately alone to Sowmya for mixing. I knew there was a mismatch between my voice track and the karaoke file, even though I tried to trim my voice file as accurately as I could. I don’t have the necessary software to make precise cuttings. I have sung my part straight out at one stretch like live singing. I will have to find ways and means to overcome this problem in my future recordings.

Hi Kaushik,

I also noticed a slight delay in ur voice. This could be due to a big variation between total input latency and total output latency in ASIO driver of your sound recording SW. While it will not be same but make sure that these two are having very thin variation possible.

Kaushik’s piece seemed to come a little late …. Guess You have to shift time early for only his piece. Guess its mixing issue ……

Soumya – Very nice singing as always. I feel you will sound so great if u avoid the nasal tinge especially in places like ’po’rada… and muthu mani mala when u sing it after the charanam. Expressions were great!
