Undoubtedly the most versatile female singer I have ever heard … period!.

Your nuances and delivery was exceedingly good … especially the “pa pa pa pa….” has come out so well. Your diction keeps improving too!. However, the way you said “Mangalam” was a bit different!.

In regard to the harmony, I am not sure what you mean by this. To me harmony means singing in two different scales. In the first humming you have sung the lower octave along with the higher octave of the track voice, which is not harmony really, it is only an octave difference. In the mid-song humming the track already has chorus voices … you have sung along with that, so I am not sure if that is harmony … this is a technical point, as I did not hear YOUR voice alone as a harmony. Nevertheless I can see that you have added your voice to the existing track voices. In my opinion, this did not enhance the vocals already in the track.

Your rendition of the song was superb and the solo hummings were great. Truly amazed at this performance of yours!. Keep it up!.

Great job soumya! Loved the harmonies n chorus esp in the pallavi, remembered the light music times where I went to sing only the chorus for these type of songs. You seem to be singing only male covers nowadays:) Sing sum susheela songs no?!
