Remix version is definitely an annihilation imposed on the soulful original melody… On listening to this cover, I guess it must be an impromptu… Few spots like ‘mayakkumaa maaman eNNam’ could have been clearly defined… Guess the heavy arrangements(should I say remix?) have immersed the feel of the song in the mix… Not a short-coming though… Would love to listen the original version if you have an inclination to do it… Thanks for sharing… Liked this for the tune, song pick and your take on this…

Was surprised listening to the beginning. Double checked if i clicked the wrong song and then read what you had written :) Should have been interesting to sing on this track…. Nice singing as usual though…. the clean neat singer …. liked the long vowel ‘O’ sangathis in charanam….

I do agree with Rajkumar and that you have also mentioned not happy with neither with the remix and the bgm, I liked it one and only for the song selection and your voice. However, if you are interested with the original version, I can give a try with the vocal cut….and if it comes out well and you are satisfied….you can go ahead with it.
Though, it sounds peppy and enjoyable…it sort of kills the original feel and beauty of the song. Hope you agree too.
