Well sung both of you. Was soothing and very nice in places.

Kaushik – Liked your easy style singing as always with those notable nuances!. Expected this of your voice anyways!. Nothing much to say except that you could have been a bit sharper in expression in places … some punchy feelings would have added to your grand singing. Superb anyways.

Sowmya – Nice tempered work and liked your easy style too. Got the feeling that you played it a bit safe. Also more open singing in the ending syllables of the lines would have sounded better … got the feeling that you were closing up there. You could have also gone for a bit more punchy expression like in “Pudumai……” for example. Point is when we say “Anubavam Pudhumai” the pudhumai should not sound a bit secretive or contained … it should be more open and joyful is what I think. Hey but you did a grand job too and liked it on the whole.

I would rate this a good cover and congrats to both of you for rendering it. There are so many lovely PBS songs which I hope more people will cover here. Cheers.
