I am new to this muziboo and just accidentally listened to the song. Meena , though I appreciate your effort, I have some things (which may be taken in the right spirit) to say. Towards the end of the song, in the pallavi I some notes especially ‘ennai kolvadhu’ two times were off pitch. There is a lot of scope to improve in the area of expression. Your singing does not match the expression of the male singer. I had the chance to be there in the recording studio when Chinmayi try to sing. She took a lot of time to sing to come to terms with pitch though the pallavi sounds simple it is difficult to get the pitch easily. In that sense, your attempt to sing it in the first instance with minimal mistake is commendable. However minimal the mistake it is, if it pertains to pitch then it needs immediate attention for correction. Pls keep practicing and take my criticism in right spirit – as we all know practice makes a man/woman perfect.
