Smitha- Very nicely done. U r very consistent in all ur uploads and with this one i can say that emoting the lyrics is something that comes naturally to you….Very good singing……The harkat of JHOOMA was mindblowing……It was an instant connection moment….Loved ur parts……

NVK sir – Great job as usual. Some parts i was thinking u losing breath, just a tad……The high notes in the first mukhda were not 100% like i have listened in all ur renditions……but it was surely 95%….:) Feelings were very nicely conveyed……could feel the romance in ur voice……

Smitha & NVK sir – First of all, thanks for singing one of my fav songs .Nicely done.

NVK sir – felt a bit of strain in your voice at the high notes. Also will you check if there was minor timing lapses in first charanam – espec “aaj khushi se”. Really liked the “tume ne ada” part :)!

Smitha – Felt that mixing didnt seem to be balancing your voice with NVk sirs.Liked your singing – nice expressions and good improvisation too. A sugg though- the jhooma that you altered would have sounded better on the song if you had done just once and not repeated.

Very nice singing….Loved the start by NVK sir….NVK sir, you were making slight abrupt pauses and voice looked little strained at few places(I think it was something to do with breathing rhythm)….Nonetheless simply awesome singing. You sang with great panache.

Smitha, very beautiful rendition. Good dedication.
Mixing can improve.

A beautiful song, jab bhie sunoon ke dil jhoom ne ko man kartha hai.

Very well sung by both of you. NVK sir you were very good in this, i do see a little bit strain when you try to reach the First time in “Dil Aaj Khushi Se Paagal Hai”, but nothing to take away from your great effort. Expressions were very good.

Smitha, nice improvisations there, i like the way you sang some lines, murkis at certain places could have been better, overall a pretty good job.

Keep up the good work.

What a song pick ….is one of my favourites. Such a soothing melody ….NVK sir and Smitha ……very very beautifully rendered. NVK sir ….loved those expressions and also loved the fact that there was not even a slight sign of Rafi saab in your voice….loved it.

NVK … nicely rendered … your singing is verging on perfection. The track is not good and did not do justice to your singing. Also voices are not coming out transparently for us to enjoy it better.

Smitha … nice voice and good singing. Once again not transparent, so hard to enjoy it fully.

Track sounds like hearing from a short wave radio!.

I think I have a better track if you both want to try it. But I fully understand if you just want to leave what is done and move on.

NVK —absolutely delectable and soft rendition, although did detect some breath issues but very minor though.

Smitha—Very good job there, liked your voice in this number compared to all your other ones. The improvs are very well done. Your recording setup is finally listening to you I guess, shows in the product :-)

NVK- Seemed breathless and strained at some places esp the higher notes. Smitha you were very consistent. As all have suggested, better mixing and a better karaoke track would have given more punch to the outcome.

I had a feeling of listening to a Hemant Da version of the song due to NVK’s softer tone. Pleasant. It may be like pot calling the kettle black, but I think there are some minor pronunciation problems here and there. Sorry, having been accustomed to your higher standard in songs like aahista, I seek it.

Smitha : The sangathis need to ‘flow’ and NOT to be expressly ‘sung’. If u do the latter, the melody will not have a natural flow. And is that jhooma how it is in the original ? If not, good improv on your part.
