Hi everybody

This is Smitha. I am originally from Kerala, was born in Mumbai, studied there, worked in Pune and now am settled in the Bay Area, California.

I call myself an “aspiring” singer :-) Music is more than a passion for me. Growing up, Hindi film music influenced me a lot. I am a hard-core “Asha” fan and used to sing her songs a lot in college.

After a long break from learning and riyaaz, I started to feel the need to sing and learn again after coming here to California. With guidance from all you talented people out there, I hope to get my voice back in shape again! Its the hope and passion that keeps me going :-)

And last but not the least, I would like to thank my blogger friend, Harshan, for introducing me to Muziboo!
