This tune resembles to some famous in hindi but can’t remember it right now…. it was nice selection Srikumaran ji and sang well too…. though didn’t understand it but the language of music…. lovely singing keep sharing like that.

My memory goes back to my early college days in Chennai when I saw this movie with my senior Keralite hostel mates at the now extinct Elphinstone theatre at Mount Road!

Menon sir…this song invoked strong nostalgic memories of my childhood. I remember going to a gana mela of KJY at shanmukhanda hall in Mumbai when I was about 10 and I clearly remember KJY rendering this song on stage……music is like smell isnt it….it brings past memories in an instant :)

wow….what a song selection…!!!! As Harshan said brings back lots of nostalgic memories……you took me back to 1972 – to my Malabar Christian College days where an excellent singer by the name Viswanathan (wonder whrere he is now) used to sing this beautifully …. I was a guitarist those days…:)

Menon sir…you have sung this beautifully…Just felt that at the high notes (ente swarna maane…) instead of going to falsetto you should have opened up…it would have sounded better…Otherwise a nice rendition…
