no.It wil bring better clarity and proper mixing of music and vocal :)
when you record both live,its captured throgh mic and there are chance of more noise.i would suggest
1)you record music track alone through audacity
2)record your vocal(to track2) when you play first track
3)adjust volume levels if required and convert to mp3
