This song needs no introduction. A Tahir Hussain – R D Burman – Mohd. Rafi signature song, which created ripples and milestones in Hindi Music.
It is said that when Shammi Kapoor, on whom this song was picturized first listened to the song, he started dancing and professed that R D Burman, who was new in the field would go places. It turned out to be a correct prophecy.
It is not an easy song to sing and the rythm and flow needs to be maintained throughout to produce the right effect. I have tried my best to stick to the original song as much as possible.
Recently got a mixer and the vocals have been routed through the mixer to the software.
