In memory of Rafi saab’s death anniversary yesterday, I have sung this song. Even though I did not have proper gear for recording and mixing, since I am on vacation in India these days, yet could not resist to pay shradanjali to Rafi saab.
This is a popular number from Brahmachari, filmized very uncharacteristically on Shammi Kapoor. Mr. India was also based on Brahmachari’s storyline of orphanage children.
Just by strange coincidence, 3 out of my last 5 uploads have been songs from Shammi Kapoor movies.
