Shailendra, you have good voice. Slight pitch issues as some other pointed out. Please watch out for flatness when you go to higher notes. I am not sure how good some of the pitch correcting softwares are (like Antares), but you could probably give that a try. But I live the expression in your voice and the depth. Do keep it up.
