Since you asked for a theme for this song….

Imagine a guy walking in a new place or country. He looks at everything with a bewildered look. Everything is so new and strange, yet interesting. But still something is amiss, what could be that? Yes…. her, those days how she would talk animatedly to him and bring the smile to his face…. The way she used to console him and when deep down she might be in turmoil. The longing for companionship and a true partner could be a theme…. just some random thoughts….

Satish! A nice piece of music… Completely plunged into this to fix a theme, as u have asked… I could only confine this to a protagonist strumming the guitar chords and singing to detail his friends about his first meet with his lady love… I could see mountains, waterfalls and huge trees at the back-drop… I am not a great thinker/creator… With my limitations in thinking, I could set this as the theme… :-)

Sounds very rich. I think this is a fusion work and I think representing Indian culture goes best with this one. Like colors, sarees, and things of Indian folk. Appropriate tabala touch would be nice along with sparse use of other Indian instruments.

Satish, very very interesting tune and chords. Your wrong chord indeed evokes a very familiar sensation, just listening to it.
The following are the emotions and mood-sets that immediately came to my mind listening to this piece -
1. Conflict, in the mind.
2. Hesitation in some kind of decision making.
3. Lost in contemplation.
4. Bright and warm afternoon shades, the people and colors around only buzzing around. They’re all in the background….
5. Not necessarily a romantic set-up… :)

Hello Satish lovely piece ! Perfect suits a particular scene and imaginations just flowed for me !

This is what i was able to picturize. A guy in the lead our hero riding a cycle in a beautiful hill station like Ooty where its early misty morning all colourful with trees/ flowers around and leaves on the ground. He passes thru lush green lawns and there are people walking fully geared up with sweaters and monkey caps. While our hero enjoys his early morning ride, he sees a very cute beautiful girl jogging with T-shirts & tracks also with wrist bands on either hands and head bands matching the colour that of the her tee shirt and with ipod headphones on her ears and the wires kinda jumping around.

While she passes him he follows here trying to get a glimpse of her again and again and then the girl actually with a little doubt turns around with a half naughty half angry look and then this guy looks elsewhere as if he is not following her :) Then its independence day that day and there is this flag hoisting ceremony in a school both the hero and the girl stand for a minute and salute the flag and continue on their journey. Cannot stop imagining the flag hoisting scene as the tune in the middle instantly made me think that way !

Then gets back home with all thoughts of her, talking to himself, jumping around thinking about her ! This is where ill have a song in the movie :D phew !!!! Lovely tune seriously Satish ! Just kept my imagination going !

Felt like this music will fit in to a theme like……. a guy asking questions from a gal who has not replied to him about his proposal. From 1.09-1.29 you could use some swaras or humming which could be filled with a female voice.

Sounds a mixture of a sad and romantic to me. If you try adding lyrics of low emotions, a little change in the middle portions could really make it very catchy tune. Currently, the sustainance is lacking, wish u good luck! :)

There is this two people who are in love but have split (something along the lines of VTV)….then they reminisce about one another when this song appears….Different shots- Chennai traffic, workplace, temple, beach etc etc….you fill in the rest! :D
