A Salilda number..Poomanam by Satheesh nair
A Salilda number..Poomanam ... Lyrics & Chords
Each and every song presented by Salilda to the treasury of malayalam film songs is , a precious gem with uniqueness , this is one such song with hauntingly melodious orchestration that lingers in the minds of music lovers…. Though Salilda created only one or odd tunes exclusively for malayalam but was importing them from his bengali and hindi originals, malyalali music psyche can never concede the fact and consider salilda a very much integral part and parcel of golden era of malayalam film music. This song is from film "eto oru swapnam " released in 1977 rendered by Dr. K J Yesudas with sreekumaran thampi lyrics… and seems one specially made for malayalam. hindi version “o mere sathi re”is from film “akhiri badla” released in 1989 sung by kishorda and lathaji. you can have this link ……. http://www.salilda.com/filmsongs/hindi/aakhiribadlaa.asp ……. .The Saint Patron of Muziboo Harshan Nambiar did the pookkutty job of my humble effort, I dedicate this song to Harshan Nambiar

always remain in our hearts forever.all the malayalam songs by him were super hits.it is a coincidence i started my muziboo with one of his hit songs in malayalam and sung by lathaji.the one and only song in malayalam by her, ‘kadali’.we all adore his compositions.
