“A breezy rendition.” Pallavi: A beautiful song, a harbinger for the New Year. Aptly chosen song and presented it with all the lovely attributes that your wishes conveyed.

@2:00 (poovil) I felt it as if sound came off a wind instrument, such was the the melody infused right there! The following segments were a treat too. The dip at 2:33 was nice.I so enjoyed segments near 3:40-43 descending notes. Very much a tender rendition. Love it,Loved it.

Hello Madam,

This is one of my favourite songs and absolutely a brilliant composition by IR, with Janaki taking the song to new heights.

It was nicely presented with the same mood as per the original. One observation, 1st charanam last word, ‘varaverpukal’, I felt it was flat, its my humble opinion, where as the 2nd charanam landed perfectly.

A very nice effort, congrats.

The husk you added to the voice is beautiful and the vocal track has a nice reverb to it. The smiles in between the words is awesome!!! Lovely expressions…. Some of the words you rendered the way you rendered made me forget that I wasn’t listening to SJ :-)

My intial comments on this cover were way too restrained – can’t understand why.

A great start to the morning. And what a co-incidence – it is a beautiful morning of the spring season and also a Friday – what a bliss to hear this!

Can’t believe that I didn’t add to this my favorites before :-)
