rinu : well sung in terms of notes and modulations. However, I think the lines are:

“thOzhi
oru sila naazhi
thaniyena aanaal
tharaiyinil meen”

and I believe it means:

“If I am away from you even for only a short time, I become restless and start gasping for life like a fish that has been taken out of the water and thrown on the land”

Shreya’s pronunciation is not very good in this line either. So, you may recheck.
