Very good singing Ramya and Srini. Mixing and vocal balancing took away some of the listening pleasure.

Ramya, the higher notes sounded a bit strained, although I feel if you sang it open throatedly, it would have sounded much better. Expressions were very nice.

Srini, very good job – well adapted for this song. Keep it up.

Ramya & Srini – havent heard this song in a very long time and hence cant comment on the nuances.

Ramya – felt your opening could have been slightly better- but later you caught on fine. In the mix – yours and Srini’s voices didnt sound well balanced. Loved your voice in la la bit espec…And harmonies though well done, will sound better if made a lot more softer in volume, IMO.

Srini – liked the roughness in the voice in the rendition.Munne pinne could have been a bit better, i thought. Well sung overall.

You have a very sweet voice. Well sung. Padapadakkum…. was very sweet. Harmonies were nicely done. It is a high pitch song esp. pallavi and felt some strain in your voice. Povadhenna in anupallavi was slightly off. Low registers were good.

Srini:
Nicely done. Santosam as in the original (and not santosham) brought a smile on my face.

I gues, I am listening to you again after a short hibernation! You should upload more frequently. Very nice singing. The ending of the first aathaadi was a little pitchy….Btw, this song is from early 80s (not 90s)!!

Srini,
I thought you have Ilayaraja voice/style for a very long time. But, after listening to this song, I strongly feel its not true. You have your own unique voice and style…. very impressive…!

Such an awesome pick from IL’s stable— so many memories :) So, kudos to picking this song.

Your start was commendable Ramya, that scale is not easy. You did a pretty decent job at holding that note. Most of your brighas were nicely done. Harmonies in the 2nd BGM was awesome!! However, the mansonnu rekka part was sounding odd. Thinking the ending 2/3 notes are not the correct ones.

Srini— nice job, your aaa at the end of the pallavi, think has an extra note at the end of each bend :) Sorry— swaram theriyalai, so solli kaatta mudiyalai LOL

Great job on a tough one, breath wise mainly!

Ramya, wonderful job on those lala part, it sounds really professional, people used to struggle there in stages, kudos ! A bit strain found attaining the higher notes and you were very cautious at some places showed in the rendition

Srini, raja within you….hmm…nalla paadirukeenga !

Right mixing would have given you a better result. It dint showed the right depth for both of your voices !

Ramya…you sounded quite good though as said above you sounded strained a bit at high notes and also felt the ending notes could be better may be with better breath control(like at 00.30)
