Rakesh ….solid performance yet again….just LOVED it. I am sure if Kishoreda were to sing this song, it would have sounded like this. There was no shade of Kumar sanu in your rendition. In fact I liked your version than Kumar sanu’s for your voice quality:-)

Firstly thanks a ton for accepting my request to do a Kumar Sanu song. Not to my surprise, this sounded beautiful in your voice!

I actually insisted on you to try a NoN-Kishore song to figure out what ‘Rakesh’ sounds like… Disagree with the comments above that ‘Kishore’ would have sounded like this if he would have sung this song… This was cent percent Rakesh! And that is what I loved most about this rendition!

5/5 from me for this, and hope your voice graces many more songs of different genres…!

I love this song and you have sung it really well. Expressions were good :) I think one area which you can improve on is varying of your throw to bring more sweetness in your tone for softer portions of the song . Overall I thought you did well but with your voice I feel the song package could have been better :) Good to hear a non-KK song in your voice :) Keep singing :)

Hi Rakesh,

Good voice and nice mix too. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Just be careful about pauses in the song like where to sing fast and where to stretch certain words. Rest is cool.

Very good effort. But I fell that you sing the song so casually that sometimes, ur low notes do vibrate a bit at the landings. That resulted in unpolished harkateins at some places of “Mujhe”

Kudos for you to try something outside the box. Its a nice song, and u did great.
