Sounded like a Kishore da’s version of the song….But was quite good…

The recording was not upto the required level…. The vocal was too prominent As PB said you could have reduced the reverb at least after the “Vatan saathiyon…” in the first line.

but it seems that this song was sung by kishor ji…….
i feel that the feeling of this song is missing in the whole song……
and also this song is not from orignal scale……
somwhere i feel that u have prouncation problem as well as……
u have nice voice…….
but try to get feel……………then it will sound much better

Rakesh ….I had not heard this song of yours earlier ….now I know how this song would have sounded if Kishoreda had sung instead of Rafi saab :-) High notes were just awesome…very expressive ….rendition. I love this song and you have done full justice to the original by your soulful singing ….just felt some issues with beats ….neverthless an awesome rendition of an awesome song.

Loved this rendition for the emotional quotient. There were a lot of good emotions flowing through.

Pure singing wise, I think you held back, trying to get Rafi Saab’s voice right with your pitching.

If time and willingness permit, do it sometime in your normal singing voice.

If you can try ‘Suhani Raat Dhal Chuki’, nothing like it. Rafi Saab’s voice modulation was slightly different in his earlier days, and might be closer to your singing range.

Appreciate your singing with the right feelings. Many things wrong with the mixing. The Music seems to play from some where far away. This same piece would sound wonders with the right mixing.
