Hearing your version of this song first before the original. Pathos was brilliant !! Since the crux of the song is pathos you scored fully without any doubt. Raj….Sooner or later I was waiting for this song from you …from the moment you asked me for the vocal cut….First, I loved this song…and hats off to the music director for keeping this tune as simple as possible without too much processing SPB’s voice and bringing out the natural depth and sweetness even at this age !! Markendeya Kural !!

I was 100% sure, you will mesmerize with your voice and have done exactly that captural all the nuances, pain and agony….Super !! “Kanavukkule” and “Pullanguzhala” these words with little bass in your voice would have sounded better as SPB did. Loved the giggle in “Moongil Yaathira”.

Favo’ rattu….button enga’daa ……athu innum nooru irunthaa kudungadaa (sing like the last line of the charanam) LOL….

I am listening to it second time around and I appreciated it better second time around … by that I mean it a different dimension to the original song … while SPB has hsi bass depth and proudly rounded voice, your voice was silently eloquent in delivering this song and brought to the screen a different character!.
