A song which has been itching me to cover having had a hibernation for a long time in my wish-list… ‘Pazhamuthirsolai’ from Varusham 16, beautifulllllllyyyyy composed by the Maestro and rendered by the Golden Voice of India, Dr KJY…. And thank God that he has blessed me with an opportunity to cover this and post it today…. Today is so special to me… :-) One of my dearest pals, Sathish celebrates his b’day today… Though we are not in talking terms, I am happy that I have sung this for him…. As time is the curator, hope it heals things soon…. I believe he will get to listen to this rendition one or the other day… “Happy Birthday da machchi!!!! Like to hug you on this day…” :-( School-days’ friends are special… Aren’t they??? :-)

Another gladdening moment in my life happens to be the moment I met Ajay…. A caring, understanding and dedicated friend in deed…. You would be quite surprised since I have dragged his name here… I wish to thank Ajay’s parents on this very special day for bringing that lovable soul on earth as they got married 30 years back this very day…. :-) Yes!!! Today they celebrate their wedding anniversary…. “Happy Wedding Anniversary to the lovely couple, Mr & Mrs Sasi Kumar(P/o Ajay Kumar)…” – I wish this on behalf of all my Muzibian friends… Ajay used to share a lot of things about his parents and I have understood from the things he shared that the goal in marriage is not to think alike, but to think together… Such a lovable chemistry they dwell-on till date…. We, friends of Ajay pray sincerely that we should organise a gathering for your 100th wedding anniversary and get ur blessings with pompous celebrations. :-)

This song also holds a special place in my life… I still remember that this was the last movie we watched as a family(with maternal uncles’ families & paternal aunt’s family) with my beloved grandfather…. :-( Ours was a closed-net family as in this movie…. So always wanted to sing this song…. In my opinion, in every conceivable manner, the family is a thorough-fare to our past, bridge to our future and a happy family is an earlier heaven… Enjoy each and every second bestowed to you with your family, I would insist from a realistic view…. And I have sung this with my old, worn-out sound card and that may also be a reason for
that additional softness that gets infused in my past few renditions…
