I liked your open throat in this one and your signature is starting to dry on the musical parchment I would say :-) You could well keep refining this tone for a very professional tone. You have excellent musical sense to complement that obviously, so all my very best to you.

Just one gripe Raj … I think the vocal processing was a little over-cooked I felt, and the tonal colour was not consistent … but then a good technician can easily fix all this … cool man, loved your cover!.

I am not familiar with the original but looked it up. The initial vocals sounded so original not that it is an advantage but saying that you have the sense of blending into the zone and infusing the original feel…probably a natural element…you can adapt.

Appa i am saying out of flow…dont get me wrong. Into charanam….your flow and feel and as you soar in pitch with the bgm voilins ….and perching on the top…taking rest before your next flight…such is the feel….

Diction,articulation…and right balance in attitude….wonder what troubled you…but i hope you saw – philosophically speaking – the bigger picture….(do share it with the rest of us)

After a very long time in Muziboo, I took time to read the above beautiful comments of 36 persons who are blessed just like me to hear this touching melody from Raj!!! One gr8 thing any fellow muzibian ought to learn from Raj would be to put oneself in the song situation, before attempting to cover the song…. I would have told u that this movie climax scene at the court made Shabu Gonsalviz cry, while myself n Kameshwaran Sevugan accompanied him in the theatre…. Save this as for a future reference Raj. It is a great rendition exemplified by your beautiful volume modulations, sangathis and enunciation. I have not read any of the responses above, but if you were to send me this and ask me if you have done well as a singer, I would ideally ask you : “Will you sing for me ?”

The comment future reference is for new muzibians who are slowly learning the art of rendering songs. you are a seasoned performer adn the new-comers could learn a great deal. I can tell you confidently that this performance and a couple of others in your list are top-notch studio-quality renditions.

Keep it up and best of luck. You asked me if I can point out any portion that could be improved. In the entire song I found only "thONu"dhe – 0:52 very mildly off-color. But that is an easily fixable one. the rest of the rendition is golden.

In muziboo after a long time to actually listen to something…Great job singing wise. Thought the song had quite a distinct note progression that I have heard in TFM in recent times. Lyrics are a little cliched, but guess since I know what the movie is about, is understandable :)

Beautiful brigas, and complex sangathis done effortlessly. The latter is still I think one of your strongest points.
