singing a song in your own way is not a crime….you need not imitate the song at each and every point since it is not a competition :)…… but the thing is that the nuances must be perfect in its own way……for that classical training will surely help you ……so try to continue your music classes……you will definitely improve……
you have a very nice voice too……
if you are passionate about music you can’t be lazy at least in that case….:0)
so…get set go….start searching for a guru…:)
