I would try writting something if u say…

hey the thing is, i thought of it..but english is an easier way to express…If u wanna do the hindi one, please do it..write and sing and send to me, we will upload tht and people can sing both…But the thing wat made me do it english is tht people will like it(especially youngsters). I had a plan to make 2-3 lines in hindi, so lets c…But for global thing like wen u post on a site like YOU TUBE, u will get higher audience, coz of English…this is just m thought, lets c how u guys carry on:)

First of all, some disclaimers. :-) This is an hour’s work and that hour started right after I heard the song from here. It’s almost midnight and as I stay in a guest house and don’t want the other roomies to break my door, I couldn’t do full justice to it. Also am tired after a day of fighting with software UI designs. Plus, I record in my laptop using Cool Edit Pro with no other gear.

By the way, Sunny, AMAZING JOB MAN!! With music, lyrics and everything!! Two thumps up to you!!

Hey Joseph.. Could you translate what you sang in the regional language for us??

Muzibians, how bout extending on the music at that part of the song and use short regional language cuts?? We show our diversity and show that every person from every region has the same thing to say in their own language.. This is just another idea.. People please comment..

Apart from India we have terror in Pakistan, terror in Afghanistan, terror in the UK, in the US, terror in most countries of Asia! So, could you make some changes to the words accordingly??

this gives some clue as to who the song is addressing?..is it those elements who are disrupting peace?..all maoists,ULFA,HUJI,LET etc..or is it those political leaders who are following “son of the soil” policy?

nice composition friends. Particularly guitar and drums,awesome!!!. somehow in vocals few places are not good to hear, i mean like out of sync with the music. I’m not good in lyrics writing, otherwise i’ll try it in tamil too.

Excellent, excellent idea. This is one of this kick-@$$ brainwaves that exploits music to address an issue but also brings people together. I have a few suggestions:

a) Why limit this to one “United We Stand” track? Why not have different tracks? There could be one which inspires with heavy rock, one which speaks sorrowfully, perhaps slow rock, one which is die-hard patriotic and has a classical, tranquil theme to it, etc – but they all more or less get people united for the case.

b) I’m finding it difficult to understand to what extent we can “tweak” the lyrics, because too much tweaking will ruin the song. I’d rather have the creative writers think with open minds and pen their own lyrics instead of working too strongly with this as a starting point.

c) Guys who are within geographical proximity of one another MUST meet up, and jam.

As for me, I would love to get my keyboard and jam if something’s happening in Bangalore. For now let me think and put up some lyrics for the song.

a) I never wanted this to be limited. Actually i was not sure how Muzibians would react to this..DJ Deepak always made me strong by saying tht people will come further, 4 sure..And he was rite..I am overwhelmed by all ur responses..Me and Prateek have several ideas further..To take this whole step into a big one..Rite now my main motive is to finish this song in the same way, and make a video of it to post it on YOUTUBE and all blog sites of our members, so that we can come in the limelight, and further get some sponsers..I promise u that this is not the last thing what we r doing..After this video is out, we will make songs on various topics..But first lemme just finish this for people around and lets see how the “WORLD” responses to this..

b)This one even goes to
Malarvannan S – I m even not a lyric writer..It was just wat i felt, and thts wht i wrote..I asked people from various states to combine their language even, so tht combined with english, it would sound support from the whole world and people’s hatred against terrorism..I invite all members from our brother country PAKISTAN and other international countries to contribute..this should be WORLDS song and not belong to one territory..

c) Thats a nice idea. But only thing is that jamming is not the only solution..I want people to record, wherever they are,..watever they want, and so we can combine all..If they can jam and record seperate tracks, then it would be gr8..Coz mixed trks wont make any sense to me//…

Hey hi shashank. Its really nice to see you replying. I thought this page was dud. I really was very disappointed by Muzibian’s approach on this. Not enought of inputs for me. I thank you, Joe, Prem, Sanjeeb, and Deepak for their inputs. I thought really musicians would stand and say UNITED WE STAND. But i was wrong. I dint think that response will be this bad. If i had to take only 4-5 guys inputs, i would have done it alone or by directly contacting some members who have already contributed. I am so sorry to say that MUZIBOO disappointed me. This was not a song for my own personal pleasure. I thought that it would go to great heights, but half of the members are not aware, or forgot about this purpose. It was a for a purpose. But no publicity and poor intereset have even killed my interest. I will ask Prateek tomorrow to remove the songs from here, coz this makes no sense over here. Sorry to whoever contributed, i will send their respective version to them. But these inputs are very few to me coz i thought to call the song UNITED WE STAND and not FEW WE STAND!!!

Hi Prateek, this is for you. Please spread this word around muziboo. The hard drive in which i had the project file, crashed before some days and after all R&D still i am not able to recover the data. I have to RE-PROGRAM the whole stuff. Though i remember, what i played, but it will take some time for me to redo the whole thing. This is an apology to all the members who contributed to UWS. Machine crashes!!! And i cant help on this. The project will thus be a little bit delayed. I will redo the thing as soon as possible. I have been too busy since last month, and so couldnt work on it.
