Muziboo has seen some good growth lately – Thanks to all of you!! – as a result of which there are more support emails and scribbles being sent. To ensure that we can help everyone out in the most efficient and satisfactory way, we have switched to a ticket based support system. You can now send all support queries to support@muziboo.com and get a ticket number for the request. This will help you track its progress online. As an alternative, you can also use the contact form.

Thanks to all Muzibians who have been patient enough to follow-up on queries through scribbles and mails. I request all of you to use the new system to avoid any delay due to the possibility of your scribble being lost in the bulk.
