Improving My Home page

We are currently working on improving the My Home page. This is what you see on that page currently

If you don’t have any friends on Muziboo, it shows you options to complete your profile, upload music etc.

If you have friends, it shows feeds from them. You can also see some of your friends, groups etc there.

Going forward, we are thinking of making this page more interactive. We are planning to have widgets that help you reply to your latest comments, listen to music from your friends, checkout pictures etc. Idea is to give you more stuff that you would like to checkout/interact with.

We would like to get feedback from the community on what features would help them or make things more fun for them. Though we cannot implement all the ideas, we would implement some of most popular ideas.

Even if all the ideas are not implemented, its extremely useful for us to know what ways you use the home page and what you think can help us improve things (so we can use the same ideas on other pages too). You will also see some of the other ideas that we had discussions on rolled out with this change in about a week’s time.

in the song summary, linking formatting is not parsed correctly – it shows the formatting command as it is – can this be fixed please?

Do you mean summary in the listings? Problem is that snippets are only 150 chars or so and sometimes the links/html tags are cut off in the middle. Therefore we decided to not to show the html formatting for summary views.

We will surely come up with something better in the near future. If you meant something else, please do write back

if you see my listings summary you will know what i mean. it looks as if there is a bug in the software.

if you dont want to allow links at all, then convert din to just din.
