Feature Updates: Disable Commenting, Twitter Button & Re-ordering

Hi
We have just launched a couple of cool features and will be launching re-ordering (for songs) soon.
You can now disable commenting on your song by editing your song and checking a checkbox called “Disable Commenting”. We have also included a “Tweet This” button on every song page so you can tweet any song in one click.
We are also soon launching music reordering so you can display songs in whatever order you want in your music page. This would only change the default listing and the other options would still be there on left side of your music page. If you are interested in trying this, just scribble me and I will send you the url
There is also another minor change. If you click on your profile name or profile pic while you are loggedin, you will not be redirected to your homepage. I think it was confusing a lot of people :)
Have fun and keep pouring in your suggestions

I agree with Sunny. If the purpose of Muziboo is to post your music and receive feedback from the community, then why disable commenting? Even if a record label is trying to introduce an artist/album, again it doesnt make sense to disable commenting.

Think it makes more sense to have a private or public option for a comment?

Well you could also add a ‘comments only by ppl in friend list’ option… this way instead of disabling all comments, one can have control over who they want a feedback from :-)

Hey prateek. All the other functions which are introduced and a great welcome to them.
However I don’t support the option of “Disable Commenting”. I personally thinks that it defeats the whole purpose of the site. Even if it may give an ease to some users, but I am completely against it :)
Cheers!!!
