My name is Paul Hart. I have had the idea for TalkingSongs on my heart since the late summer of 1999, and God has not allowed it to wane. In fact, He has confirmed the TalkingSongs idea many different times over many years. The concept is simple. Today’s secular music represents the world’s view, darkness,i.e. black. My Christian lyrics represent God’s view, light, i.e. white. God and the world are opposing forces and have been coexisting since the Garden of Eden. Similarly they both exist in my songs – secular music coexisting with Godly lyrics.
TalkingSongs takes what is popular in the world and puts “God’s flavor” to it. Once you’ve “tasted” both sides through these popular song remakes, you decide which you prefer.
