nice nithya… i liked ur singing… pitching was not an issue… but the main thing i felt was u sounded very dull… there is no energy in ur voice… and as far as the mixing is concerned ur voice sounded too sharp… make it a lil softer… bcoz for tis song a denser and bold voice is needed… but otherwise gud singig… tempo well maintained and gud singing inspite of ur throat prob… gud luck… get well soon…!! :)

This is your natural range Nithya. You should try and do more in this range as you sound awesome. Same observation as Munbe Vaa with regards to multiple takes. Reverb is a tad high in this. Expressions were quite good. Felt some pitch issues here and there. In this one your vocal levels were higher than the track (contrary to Munbe Vaa). Thats an area you need to spend time on (Overall mix levels)

Nice one Nithya. Really good job in this. Your bad throat has interfered a lil bit here and there, but there is a definite marked difference in the final piece you upload. It must be your thrust on the tech front. 5/5 from me.

Really liked your voice in this. I really enjoyed singing this song for a Thillana almost 2 years back— fun song to sing :-)

Punchins could be better, and a few offs here and there, but nice feel… definitely a 5/5 for that!

This is one of a few nice compositions by composer Mani Sharma, in my opinion. And, main beauty for this number comes from the Aabheri raagam on which it is based on (again, my opinion). About your cover… your voice sounds GOOD and its timber perfectly suits this song….a few pitch issues as you mentioned. As Gowri siad, a bit more energy would have given the necessary punch for this song. May be you can do a retake of this and it will be excellent.

Let me not comment on the singing as you had technical difficulties in that area.

Mixing…. Your improvements are obvious!! I am glad to know about it. Everything is there to make your vocals to sound good. But, I felt you have everything a little more than what you need. You need to go a little easy on volume, high end EQ bands, reverb, etc. Always try match your vocals quality with the karaoke track.

I am surprised to see how you change your avatars for different songs – brilliant modulations. That’s your greatest plus!! Keep it up!
