New Design Launched

Hi Everyone,

We are very pleased to announce the launch of the new design! First of all, a ‘BIG THANKS’ to all of you for your constant encouragement, patience and inputs without which this would not have been possible!

In case you notice any bug or need any help, please let us know as a reply to this thread. We would be more than glad to fix them at the earliest.

Also, we would love to know how you feel about the changes!

We will very soon make a detailed post about this redesign and all the changes made and the reasons behind those changes.

Nithya, Prateek: I am not able to upload any new song as of today (6.00 P.M). It again gets stuck at re-encoding. Please do take permanent remedial action ASAP as this problem seems to be happening again and again.

@Pradip: Sorry for the trouble. Uploading should work fine now. You are correct in pointing out that this is the second time this issue has happened in sometime. We are working on deploying a permanent fix for it.

Since it involves reworking a core functionality, its taking some time.

Nithya and Pratik, Sorry for my hibernation mode. Work is getting really busy and not getting time to spend it here. U hit the nail in the coffin with this new design. Although, its new I am still getting the feel of it. But I am sure, within no time, I will get used to it and start loving it as well. I remember telling Pratik to change the aesthetics some time back when we all were discussing changes needed in this website and I am glad that you guys did it so good. Its new and refreshing.

Feature Updates:

Member location and stats on comments,replies & discussions are back in the profile page in the ‘About’ section.

A ‘Next’ button below the feeds in the home page to show older feeds/updates from friends.
