I am a freelance composer and a keyboardist. I also do a little Vocals and a lot of mridangam for the classical scene. Influences are carnatic, hindustani, A R Rahman and Ilayaraja and a whole background of old hindi songs.

Grew up in Hyderabad, spent 4 years in Chennai and about 5 in Bangalore/Mysore.

Thanks. I am Harikumar. I am a doctor in Cochin, Kerala. I am a keen lover or music, of infact almost all types. I love Indian classical, Ghazals, film songs- especially melodies, oldies and semi classicals. I also love western music mostly soft pop and oldies. i have a fairly good collection of Malayalam, English, Hindi and Tamil songs, Karnatic kirthanas, hindustani vocal and instrumentals as well as Ghazals. I hate synthetic instrumentals and electronic replication of instruments. i love originals like Violin, Sitar, Santoor, Veena, Flute, mandolin, Tabla, Mridangam etc. There is nothing I like like music. Apart from this, I love movies of all types.
